Knowledge base

Root360 offers its customers an extensive collection of resources for working with the root360-cloud-platform.

Project information

To give our customers the opportunity to see their current resources and metrics, root360 has established its own dashboard. There, information, such as Resource sizes, endpoints, current metrics, alerts, and so on, are viewed.

Releasenotes.io

In our Releasenotes.io are all the news, updates and bug fixes that affect the root360 cloud platform. We will subscribe you there to receive timely information about issues and new features.

Quickstart

To get a rough overview, it is advisable to read our quickstart article. This gives you a basic understanding of the root360 cloud platform.

How to write a ticket

In order to be able to help quickly in the event of problems, it is important, that we receive all the necessary information in a ticket in order to be able to intervene. We have written a small article in which the most important points for a ticket are summarized.

Deployment

Root360 deployment controls the distribution of the release to each instance. It allows distribution from sources such as e.g. GIT. Further information on deployment can be found in the deployment category of our knowledge base.

Database

The database is not directly accessible from the public network and is included in the application zone.
That's why we summarized in an article how it is possible to access the database from the outside.

For more infomation about database in the root360-cloud-platform see the database category.
