Why this is required?

It goes without saying that we do not allow anyone to access a customer's systems. A mail from a new developer is not enough to get a release for service portal, documentation and especially the server infrastructure or other systems.

Onboarding

The following information is required:

  • Surname

  • Mail address

  • (Optional) Telephone number

  • Role (eg project manager, developer)

  • OpenSSH Public Key (access to server infrastructure) (see Create an OpenSSH Key for further instructions)

  • List of systems to be released (service portal, server infrastructure, Cloud Dashboard, possibly other systems)

Note

If the inquiry is made by a person unknown to us, we request the approval from the project manager / main developer who is known to us and, if necessary, other known persons.

Therefore, to speed up the process, it is useful if the onboarding job is always placed by the project manager / main developer.

Offboarding

The following information is required:

  • Name of the person

In order to prevent (deliberately generated) damage, we always recommend offboarding if employees or development team members are no longer supported by a project and are not in perspective again.
